Adding Read More on Blogger and Wordpress

Blogging is FUN! I've blogging about 3 year, i just like to share what i know. And now i want share about read more link on home page of blog. There is how to adding manual read more on blogpost for blogger and wordpress engine.

I think manual readmore is better than automatic readmore. Creating automatic readmore we need more javascript and it's make load page of blog slowly because we need load the script first before load the page. For creating automatic readmore you can search on google with key "automatic read more on blog".

Readmore is usefull for home page, because it make the homepage with summary every article, not the fullpost. If visitor interested with summary of articles, they are just click the read more link or title of article for fullpost. Visitor don't need scrolling the page for read the summary.

Multimedia Programming with Processing

I've got new study on Multimedia Broadcasting, the course called Multimedia Programming, it's replace my visual programming course. On Multimedia Programming i use Processing. It's free open source software, work on Linux, Mac and Windows. But, i still have problem using video programming on Linux. I will share there when i found the solution, or you want share the solution there? I am using processing 1.5.1.

Processing is an open source programming language and environment for people who want to create images, animations, and interactions. Initially developed to serve as a software sketchbook and to teach fundamentals of computer programming within a visual context, Processing also has evolved into a tool for generating finished professional work. Today, there are tens of thousands of students, artists, designers, researchers, and hobbyists who use Processing for learning, prototyping, and production.

Production 3D Animation

Before it, i've writing about pre production. Now i want share about production i've learn from seruling project. Production is 'CREATING PROCESS'. What we create on production? We create what we need  on pre production. In 3D Animation Production we will create modeling, texturing, rigging, animation and rendering. There is a statement in animation, we act as God. Why God? Because we creating every little thing and arrange all of part in a animation scene. To be God is not easy! You can't do it alone.

Pre Production 3D Animation

To creating short 3D animation need time so much. Me and some friend creating a draft short motion EEPIS logo's in two weeks. The result is less. We can do it better. But maybe time is our problem, check this video and maybe you can send suggestion on this post.

We start this project from scrath, we need more time for pre production. Because it's important. So, i want share there what we must do in pre production. I've learn about pre production from seruling project, durian project, mango project and etc.

GUI for Huawei Mobile Partner Modem

I think all of Huawei mobile partner modem automatically detected by Ubuntu 10.10 or higher, because i have 2 huawei mobile partner, and they are worked on Ubuntu and don't need driver. Just plug and play, but we can't using short message feature, because the modem detected and configured by network manager, so we don't get GUI for mobile partner.
